Our Human Resources Policy

With a recruitment policy based on the principles of transparency, business ethics and equal opportunity, we offer our candidates a fair and structured evaluation process.

Application and Preliminary Assessment

Being part of Doru Group means being a member of a dynamic and innovative team that produces together towards shared goals. Our Human Resources team carefully reviews candidates’ educational backgrounds, experience and career goals in line with the core requirements of the company they have applied to (Doru Architecture, Doru Furniture, Doru Tech or Doru Farm) and the relevant position. Candidates who meet the initial criteria are invited to the next stage of the process.

Competency and Corporate Culture Interviews

When making recruitment decisions, we consider not only a candidate’s technical qualifications but also their alignment with Doru Group’s core values. In these interviews, conducted with the participation of our relevant department managers and HR specialists, we evaluate candidates based on the following core corporate principles:

Assessment and Evaluation Inventories

To enhance the objectivity of the process and match the right talent with the right position, we use scientific assessment tools appropriate to the level of each role:

  • General Aptitude Tests measuring core analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Personality Inventories identifying work style, team compatibility and leadership potential
  • Foreign Language Proficiency Tests for positions where required
  • Assessment Center practices, including case studies for specialist and managerial candidates

Job Offer and Onboarding Process

We extend our formal job offer to candidates who successfully complete all assessment stages and reference checks, in line with our company’s fair compensation policy and the position’s benefits. Once the offer is accepted, we launch a comprehensive onboarding program to help our new team member quickly adapt to our corporate culture and processes.
